360 square meters of light-flooded old building with almost four meters of ceiling height: the new fresh id office in Nuremberg is finished and we feel really comfortable here. The long planning and conversion time was worth it, it turned exactly as we had imagined.
After we got the property almost raw, we gradually planned the floor plan, the various work areas and things such as lighting and electronics. Since an old building is full of surprises, we were not only faced once with the challenge of having to find a new solution. At first there was no hot water, the ceiling did not support the planned glass wall and the produced lamps were not bright enough for our meeting room. But we didn’t get caught and found a solution for every problem.
fresh id Office 2.0
The entire floor was elaborately covered with gray epoxy resin. With its beautiful marbling, it has become a great eye-catcher, which underlines the austere and puristic style of the office. The desks, chairs and lamps were designed and produced by ourselves. We developed our bar, the TV cabinet and our reception together with a carpenter.
Everything is held in industrial style, with patterned carpets, kilim pillows and natural materials creating a nice contrast. The heart of the office is definitely the meeting room, which is made entirely of glass on one side and black chalk on the inside. Our completely black kitchen is not only busy during the lunch break, but also every now and then we’re having an afterwork drink with customers and partners.
We have settled in well and think that you can work even more creatively and productively in such a great atmosphere. Cheers to the fresh id Office 2.0!
