Working with an Iconic Brand
Hi! I'm Gil - I’ve been part of our Berlin office for 13 years now. In addition to my role as Managing Director for our capital city location, I take every opportunity to contribute to exciting projects for our clients.
In one of these projects, I had the chance to work closely with our client Uber Eats – one of the fastest-growing companies in the online food delivery sector. This project is a great example of the core competencies that define fresh id: collaborating with a renowned brand and implementing a diverse range of products that not only create high visibility at the point of sale (POS) but also enhance brand recognition. From the beginning, Uber Eats placed great trust in us, allowing us to leverage our extensive experience with POS products in both consulting and idea development. The close collaboration with such a dynamic company was particularly inspiring. Together, we not only shared a vision but also succeeded in creating strong visibility for the brand through carefully selected products.
Complexity and Diversity of the Project
One of the most exciting challenges was producing a broad range of highly diverse products – from door signs to serving trays, LED neon signs, and jackets for delivery riders. This variety presented both our creative and sourcing teams with stimulating tasks. It also allowed us to fully apply our expertise and fresh ideas. From product selection to the final details, each product ultimately reflected the DNA of Uber Eats while simultaneously setting new accents.
A Look at the Highlights
We are particularly proud of delivering an impressive variety of products with diverse requirements. A standout highlight was the new Uber Eats jacket with reflective elements. This smartly combines functionality and brand presence: it enhances the visibility and safety of riders on the road while significantly boosting the prominence of the Uber Eats brand in the urban landscape. This product is a prime example of how fresh id blends practical needs with a strong brand presence – showcasing our creative strength and extensive expertise.
Looking Ahead
The collaboration with Uber Eats has not only resulted in fantastic products but also built a strong partnership that we will continue to develop in 2025. We are excited about future projects where we can set new benchmarks together with our partner and continue to develop creative solutions collaboratively.
